Fuga de agua // water leak

Desde hace algún tiempo, veníamos observando manchas de humedad en el muro blanco de la plaza de Los Olivos, junto al local del arquitecto. Con la ayuda de Jiménez y Mancilla, hemos podido detectar el tubo roto, y el viernes comenzaron las reparaciones. Lamentablemente no han podido continuar por el descanso semanal, y no podemos cortar el agua a los vecinos. La reparacion continuará el martes a primera hora.

For the latest months, we have seen dampness in the big white wall at Plaza Los Olivos, by the architect's office. With the help of Jimenez y Mancilla, the broken pipe has been detected, and the repair started on friday. Unfortunately, the works can not continue during the weekend, and we can't cut the water off to the neighbours. The repairs will continue tuesday early morning.

Limpieza aljibe // Cleaning of reservoir

En la comunidad de Pueblo Mijitas tenemos un pequeño aljibe que sirve de estación de bombeo para las casas mas altas, cerca de Lagomar Golf. Este aljibe está dentro del aparcamiento superior. Lo vamos a vaciar y limpiar entre el 8 y el 10 de Noviembre. Intentaremos hacer un puente para que haya agua, aunque sea a menor presión. Pondremos una nota en el pasillo de las calles afectadas el día exacto, para que estén avisados.

In the community of Pueblo Mijitas, we have a small reservoir that is used as a pumping station for the higher houses, those near Lagomar Golf. This reservoir is inside the upper paring. It is going to be emptied and cleaned between the 8th and the 10th of NOvember. We will try to make a "bridge" so the water still reach the dwellings, but with a lower pressure. We will put an otice on the corridors of the houses affected whenever the time comes, so everybody is warned
