The most important decisions taken at the EGM of last 19th June 2010 were the following

Budget 2010
We will keep the same fees, but we will issue an extraordinary bill for the same quarterly fee, to be paid on 15th August 2010.
The new committee will work on all the suggestions mentioned during the EGM, in order to reduce the expenses a 10%, so we can compensate the sewage tax (about 20.000) and keep the present fees for the future.
Water filtrations
Once received the general report and the individual ones, we are sending copies to those affected. Most of the damages come from the blocked drains below the PRIVATE patio floor, whose owners have not cleaned them for years. The committee may soon decide about a court action against them.
Regarding the damages from common areas (chimneys, corridors, stairs), the community is already repairing the reason of the problem, and once everything is dry, the community will repair the insice of the houses, but only those damaged from common areas
Other points in the agenda
The committee will see the proposal from A-9 to occupy part of a corridor and from Local A-133 to occupy part of a garden.
