Aquí pueden ver lo que ocurre cuando un desagüe oculto no se limpia. El agua se acumula formando una piscina, que acaba por desbordarse por algún sitio. Por eso es tan importante que TODOS los vecinos que tengan un desagüe oculto en su patio lo limpien, dejando una rejilla tras la primera vez para facilitar este trabajo. Cuando llueve poco, el agua acumulada desaparece sola, pero cuando llueve mucho, acaba dañando las viviendas inferiores.
Como pueden ver en la foto, fue inútil y contraproducente poner un suelo encima. Lo único que había que hacer era un boquete para localizar el sumidero oculto y limpiarlo, nada más.
